Safe Motivated Aerobic Resistance Training

SMART is a fitness program for adults that makes going to the gym fun, structured, convenient and invigorating. Whether your goal is to get in better shape, have more energy, prepare for athletic competition, or enjoy recreational adventures, we can help. We can incorporate Stretching, Resistance Training, Sport Specific Exercises and Body Composition Testing to design an individually tailored program to meet your goals and needs. Includes a pre- and post- evaluation.

Physical Benefits of Training
Resistance and weight-training exercises prevent injuries and improve posture, physical strength, power, endurance, flexibility, balance, energy levels, bone density, digestion, and sleep.
