Personal training with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach is an excellent way to achieve your goals to become fitter, stronger, healthier, and a better competitor. With a coach who is 100% focused on you, you can specifically target areas you would like to improve and enjoy faster progress. The Riekes Center offers personal training for the following areas:

Sport specific training
• Follow up training after physical therapy
• Pre and post natal
• Weight loss
• Home workout programs
• Pain reduction
• Postural assessment

To schedule an appointment please call the front desk at (650) 364-2509. One-on-one session rates are $80 for 60 minutes, $60 for 45 minutes, and $40 for 30 minutes. 2 and 3 person sessions are also offered at a lower rate.
