Elements (age 9 – 12)

Our Elements Program is one-of-a-kind, designed specifically for Riekes Center students age 9 -12. Experts in the field of youth fitness agree that kids who begin early training in a diverse range of activities are much more likely to participate in sports and enjoy good health throughout their entire lives.

The goal of Elements is to introduce youth to fundamental movement patterns through jumping, running, and explosive movement activities. The Elements program is fun, which encourages students to develop positive attitudes towards physical activity for a lifetime. Elements classes focus on the following:

• Strength and conditioning
• Skill development
• Improving self-esteem and body image
• Social interaction
• Managed weight (gain or loss)
• Fun and enjoyment

Elements classes are led by our highly qualified staff trainers, and class sizes are small for more individualized attention.

Financial aid is available for all of our programs.
